Friends, here is a better camera for your android device running on Cyanogenmod 7. Its the default camera used by MIUI, I got this file from XDA developers website.
Download camera .apk
Its .apk file just copy it into your SD caard and install it into your device.
Note: The name of the application will be camera itself so there will be two applications named in your device one of them will be new one (MIUI's camera). Tested on milestone running on Cyanogenmod 7.
